Hello

I purchased Esign+ last night and I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund.  Please advise.

I am sorry to hear that. Will you tell me the reason you want to refund? Does the product not meet your requirement? Or is not easy to use?

Any advice is appreciated.

The functionality was not what I was expecting.  I planned on just using paper for my signatures.  I figured since I never used, I could get my money back.  Please advise.
