I was getting a lot of crashes or functions not working in v5 and I had hoped that this new version that I had to pay for to upgrade might be more stable!

Can confirm that PDF Element Pro 6 does crash again on start after having uninstalled and reinstalled and run it successfully.

Have you released 6.0.2 yet?  If so, where can I download it?  As the version I have installed won't run, I'm obviously not going to get an 'Update' message.

Hi.

I bought this program for Mac. and it does not let me neither open from the download app nor register from the trial version.

what should I do?

I get this message:

Invalid licensed e-mail or registration code! Both the licensed e-mail and registration code are case-sensitive, please check your registration information or make sure your registration code matches the current version.

Could you show more information about your issue? I guess that you are using key code of Standard version in Professional trial version. You can download Standard version here: https://pdf.wondershare.com/download.html

Yes, this version crashing now after a few days.  Hopefully you have published a newer version on the website, if so I'll download it and install it again.

Do you reinstall the latest 6.0.2 version(Build 2678)? Is the crash issue still exist? Could you post your crash log here for further check?

Thanks.

Hey there,

Thanks for attaching the crash report. Our programmers had a look at this and concluded as a bug.

I wonder whether you can send me the PDF file where you encounter this problem so that our programmers can have a further analysis on this bug to fix it?

The backup plan we think for you is to either downgrade the program version or to use Preview to delete pages.

If you have any question, please feel free to let us know.

Heidi
