windows os Problems downloading documents already signed

Hi,

 

1. First Document.
Is anybody having problems downloading a document already "esign+ed" ?  You could see it but when clicks download, it opens new window or tab but didn't show nothing.
 

2.Second Document. (different) You could see it but when clicks download, it shows a PHP error like this:

Hello, I did another process with another document with another person and another error!!! 

3 bad of 5  that's sad :| 

 

I can see the documents but I cannot download, please help me.

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '? ORDER BY ctime DESC' at line 3

I suggest you to use the latest version of Chrome to start a new process, at the same time, our develpers are checking this issue
