Mac App store restore not working

I purchased the in-app upgrade last night and activated it on my laptop. I'm now trying to Restore my purchase on my desktop, as I've read you can use the license on 2 computers. The Restore window never activates the product though, it just hangs.

I am sorry that the Restore window does not help activate the product on your side. On our side, we have a plan to help you get started with the product. Can you email us at showing us your purchase record of our program and we will send a license code and a different download link to you?
