Sending pdf form from web

9 posts in this topic

I would like to create an pdf Employment Application and link it to my website.  When an applicant is applying for an open position, they will fill out the form and click "submit" at the end of the form and the completed form will be emailed to the head of our Human Resources department.  Can I do this with PDF Element?  If so, could you please direct me to the documentation for the process?

Thank you,

mtnerd

It looks very straightforward.  I'm excited to give it a try!  If all works with the trial version, we'll be signing up!

Thank you for your time,

Can we change the format of the fields in a form that we prepare?
Example: that all text fields are always of such sizes (in height), with such font ...

That the buttons always have the same format?

Thank you for your reply.

Hi Jacques,

When you add a text field on the PDF document, after setting its properties as you want, you can right-click the field to choose "Use as Default". In this way, when you add new text fields, they will have the same properties as this one you set.

Thanks

Est-il possible de définir des hauteurs et des largeurs par défaut des champs dans les formulaires ?

Is it possible to set default heights and widths of fields in forms?

Hi Jacques,

I am afraid our program does not support to set the default heights and widths of fields currently, however I have forwarded your suggestion to our development team, we will keep improving the program to support more features in the future.

Thanks
