Printing issues

10 posts in this topic

I am having trouble printing larger documents. I am running windows 10,.

What happens is that when I press print only a small number of pages print - it varies, but something between 5 and 20. When I watch the dialog box as it "send" the print job to the printer, it simply quits doing that after 5-20 pages, making it impossible to print larger documents.

I have:

- tried different printers (including printing to pdf)

- restarted my computer

- uninstalled and reinstalled the program

- used different PDFs and different size PDFs

- tried printing multiple copies (i just get 5 copies of the first 5-20 pages)

Can someone please assist? it is making this program unusable for me

Thanks

Hi MrTiedt,

Could you please confirm what is the version of your program PDFelement? After opening it, you can click the Help>About button to check its version number. If it is not the latest version 6.3.3, then please go to the link below to install the latest version for a try again.

Download Link: http://download.wondershare.com/pdfelement6-pro_full2990.exe

After opening your PDF file in the program, please click the File>Print button, then please make sure to choose Print All Pages to print for a try again to check whether it is ok now.

In case it still only prints partial pages, then please attach this PDF file here or send it to our email address: pdfelement@wondershare.com for further tests. We will have further check for you.

Thanks

Thank you for those suggestions.

I am running 6.3.3.2782.

The setting is definitely set to "Print All Pages"

I created a PDF of a 64 page wikipedia article. I opened it in Wondershare and hit print (using PrimoPDF to print direct to PDF). The two results are attached.

The same thing happens when I print to physical paper as well.

Hi MrTiedt,

I am sorry for the delayed response, I have already forwarded the case to our development team for further analysis, the issue is related to the RAM of your computer. So if you have another computer with bigger RAM, then you can use our program to print for more tries.

Currently please choose less pages to print, maybe a couple of pages only to print for a time, you wont lose pages in this way. And our programmers are working hard, we will try the best to optimize the issue in the new updated version.

Thanks

Hi MrTiedt and Foodboxx EU,

We are sorry for the losing pages issue when print, and our development team has fixed issue. We will release a new version 6.3.5 in next week to solve it. Once we release the new version, you can update the program to try again then.

Thanks
