Visually Impaired Student

Currently using PDF element with a visually impaired student in the classroom. We upload his classwork and he uses a stylist to complete his work at a magnification level of his choosing.  He is trying to use the text box feature and it is rotating the text vertically when he is done.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kristina,

For the case, could you please attach your PDF file here or upload it to our email address: pdfelement@wondershare.com for further check? After opening the program, please click the Help>About button to check its version number.

Thanks

Hi Kristina,

I have tested to use the button of Comment>Text Box to add text box in your PDF file by our latest version program, and the text displays normally, I did not get the rotating vertically issue. So after opening our program on your side, please click the Help>About button to check the version of your program. If it is not the latest version 6.3.1, then please go to the link below to install the latest version for a try again.

Download URL: http://download.wondershare.com/cbs_down/pdfelement6-pro_full2990.exe

If the latest version still fails to work on your side, please make a screenshot to show me the issue you get for further check.

Thanks

Hey Kristina,

It works fine for me as well! After I click "Done" this is what mine looks like. I boxed the icons that I clicked to get to Comment -> Text Box.

Let me know if this helps. If your problem still persists, I could make the document into a form for you and your student can just fill in the worksheet.

Best,

Rebecca
