Convert PDF to Word crashes every time

5 posts in this topic

I have PDF Element Pro v6.2.2.2615 and I am unable to convert a number of PDFs to Wrd format. The program crashes stops working partway through the conversion process and quits with unexpected error, but only for some pages. The file is an ordinary PDF containing editable text and images in 2 column format.

I thought the issue might be the size of the document so I split it into smaller chunks. The first 17 pages converted perfectly, but trying to convert the next 86 pages always results in a crash.

I examined the log file and in every case the error occurs at WS_HeapLog.dll as shown below:

2017-09-11 06:45:54$Info$DocOpened$file=C:\Users\Derek\Dropbox\The Book\Book complet light - Chap 2.pdf|result=OpenSuccess
2017-09-11 06:46:09$Warning$LoadDll$C:\Program Files (x86)\Wondershare\PDFelement\WS_HeapLog.dll load failed

Hi Derek,

Your attachment cannot be opened since it has an invalid extension .zip.001, if it is a zip file, please make sure the extension is .zip only. Then please attach it here to send to us for check again.

Thanks
