OCR Plug-in installation

4 posts in this topic

I'm trying to enable the OCR function and, when I try to download the OCR plug-in, I keep receiving the text box "You do not have enough storage available to continue." I already wiped out all my music and all my pictures, and moved most of my documents to an external drive, and I still can't download the plug-in. What's going on?

Hi Rolando,

I noticed the program you purchased is still PDFelement 5 for Mac, when you do not install it in the Application folder, then it will have this issue.

For the case, I have applied our upgraded program PDFelement 6 Professional for Mac to you free of charge, so you can install it from the link below, and click the OCR button to install the OCR, it should not have this issue.

Download URL: http://download.wondershare.com/mac-pdfelement6-pro_full2992.dmg

And I have sent the registration information of the upgraded program PDFelement 6 Professional for Mac to your email address, you can check your email and use the new registration information to register it to use.

Thanks
