Security password not recognized

2 posts in this topic

I created a security password to use when editing my PDF .

When I entered the one I made, it doesn't recognize it. So now I'm blocked from editing my own PDF that I need updated .

How do you remove the security password requirement when it's not recognized so I may move forward & Edit?

Hi Mary Mazur,

You can try Protect->Password to change your password security settings. And you may show more information about your issue just like PDFelement version, OS version etc.

Thanks

Jacky
