Hi Jono,

 

Our developer checked your situation, and it seems to be related to the fonts in your PDF file. We have also tested some other PDF files and do the same steps as you to add new text, change fonts, but we do not have the same issue. So could you please attach your PDF file here or send it to: pdfelement@wondershare.com for further tests on our side?
