Refund Policy

At PDFelement, our goal to make sure that every customer has an enjoyable experience using our products and services. We have a 'try-before-you-buy' system that provides 30-days of product quality assurance.

Refunds will generally be approved for situations where there are technical issues with the software that are out of the customer’s control. Once a refund has been issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.

Refunds will not be approved for situations of customer negligence, credit card fraud, and price match requests.

If you would like to request a refund, please visit our customer support system and submit a ticket through the grey notepad icon on the righthand side.

Make sure to include as many details as possible in your request, such as contact information and reason for refund. Once you have submitted your ticket, you will receive a response within 2-3 business days.
