If you have a PDF that has the same text on every single page and need to remove it, then you can use the "Find and Replace" function to meet your needs instead of removing each text page by page manually. After opening your PDF file in the program, click the Ctrl+F keys to open the find box, then enter the keyword that you want to remove, click the Replace With button, and do not need to enter any new word to replace. You just need to click the Replace button, it will find out the key word, and replace it with a blank space. In this way, it will help you remove the keyword as you want. 1. Windows version: 2. Mac version: In the Mac version program, please click the Comment+F keys to open the Find and Replace window. And do the same above steps to find the keyword and replace with a blank space.

    El Capitan OSX 10.11.6 I have PDFelement 5.6, and use it quite often. I see PDFelement 6 is out and wanted to upgrade. I noticed that I had not put my PDFelement serial number in my serials flle and so went to Help/Register, where I could see my registration email (xmarc999@comcast.net) and a Registration Code. I double clicked on the Registration Code intending to copy it. It disappeared, along with my registration email! Now the product appears as unregistered. 1) Is there a pref file or something I can restore to recover the Registration Code? I have full Time Machine backups. 2) Is it possible to upgrade to PDFelement 6? Thank you, Marc P.S. I do use this a lot and the watermark makes the output unusable. Thanks for any help.

    Your product, PDF-Element looks like a nice product. However, your advertising in the Apple Store and on your website is misleading. First, your Apple Store application says it is FREE. There is NO indication that an in-app purchase is required. Thus, after almost one hour downloading and installing this app on my at-home [slow] network, spending another hour creating a document I ATTEMPT TO SAVE IT AND YOU SPLASH YOUR MASSIVE WATERMARK ACROSS EVERY PAGE OF MY WORK. NOW, FOR THE FIRST TIME, I LEARN THAT THIS IS ONLY A "TRIAL" VERSION AND THAT IN IRDER TO REMOVE THE WATERMARK, I HAVE TO SPEND $99 TO PURCHASE YOUR SOFTWARE. THIS MAKES ME FURIOUS. PEOPLE HATE FEELING TRICKED!!!!!!.

After clicking the Form>Text Field button to add the text field, please double click it to open the Properties window. 2. In the Format tab, you can chooses a number category as you want. 3. O The letter “O” accepts alphanumeric characters (A–Z, a-z, and 0–9). 9 Accepts only numeric characters (0–9). For example, a mask setting of AAA--p#999 accepts the input BOE--p#767. A mask setting of OOOOO@XXX accepts the input vad12@3Up.

If you have a PDF file with multiple pages, PDFelement 6 not only supports to help you convert PDF files to Excel files, but also allows you to decide to convert all pages into a single excel sheet or convert each page into a single excel sheet as you want to manipulate the data.     I'm trying to OCR a doc with my mac and I can get it to pull up the save but after that it will not do anything. I know it has worked in the past but now nothing. Oh and I have tried the test doc and again nothing.

  11. Link function is a useful tool that helps you to lead the readers to related articles, pages, or the intended web. However, the rectangles around the text to indicate the links may affect your viewing and reading, so you can set an invisible rectangles for the links. PDFelement can meet all your needs. 1.   12. No Optimize

    The Optimize entry does not appear on my PDF Element 6 Pro for Mac. It was there a couple of weeks ago, I got it specifically for that, but now it does not appear. Is there any dependency on file content or something like that? Thanks!
  13. There are several ways to combine multiple documents to one PDF file using PDFelement of Windows or Mac version. 1. To get started, please open the program first, click the Combine PDF box to load multiple documents in to combine. 2. After opening the program, click the Home>Combine Files button to load multiple documents to combine. 3. If you have already opened one of the PDF file in the program, then you can click the Page>Insert>From PDF button to choose another PDF file to insert, and you can choose to insert all the pages or only a range of pages.
  14. Link to documents

    Hi, When I put a link in a pdf document to another pdf document the added document first page does appear aside with its title in grey. I then close the document reopen it look for the link and click on it but there is no way to open the linked document (repeated message of failure you need to close several times before you can work again on the document). Pichurri.

    Hi, I just bought PDF Element Pro. When I try to OCR scanned PDF documents it does not work (no protection, I checked). I get a red exclamation mark. However, I can convert the document to Work. Any clue ? Thanks Pichurri

    Hello, I've been using PDF Element for a while. My laptop was stolen and I'm trying to activate the software on my new laptop. I realize I should have saved the keys in multiple places. I purchased keys for 3 devices. I tried to retrieve the registration via the support center. However, when I enter my email and then click submit, the page doesn't load anything else. I attached a screen shot without my email address to show where on the support center this is referenced. Also, I have two tickets on my login account showing me interacting with customer support when I purchase the software back in 2016. There's evidence that I purchased the software fortunately. Please let me know how to best resolve this issue and obtain access to the purchased software. Thanks in advance!

  20. Working on MAC Sierra, Version 6.10 I'm having the same problem as others from this community post, how to make the "interactive fillable" forms From PDF element function as regular PDF. I think I'm doing the adding of text, text fields and check boxes and radio buttons but they don't seem to work on PDFs or when exported as PDFS the pages are blank.or optimized to shrink the file size the interactivity doesn't work. Are there better tutorials, manuals or online descriptions of the "PDF form" creation process? Reviewed the existing materials is marginal.
  21. Hi. I have Mac PDFelement 6 Pro. Under FORMS section, when i create a text field is there anyway of setting the exact size (height and length), and location on page of the field box by means of a ruler or specific position field? Also, once I have put a border on the field box (under appearance, how do i remove the border? As default the text field box has no border, but once you give it one it seems impossible to remove it. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  23. If you want to split a big PDF with multiple pages into multiple individual PDFs and have 1 page only for each PDF, then the program PDFelement 6 can meet your needs. 1. Windows version: After opening a PDF file in it, please click the Page>Split button, choose the option of "Number of pages", and enter 1 in the box of "Maximum pages". In this way, it will split each page into an individual PDF file. 2. Mac version: After opening a PDF file in it, please click the Page>Split button, choose the option of "Number of pages", and enter 1 in the box of "Maximum pages". In this way, it will split each page into an individual PDF file. Tips: "Maximum pages" means the page quantity in the split PDF file, so if you enter 2, it will split every 2 pages into an individual PDF file.

    I'm trying to create a Table of Contents in my PDF and the only thing I'm seeing is that I can Link areas of space or text to another page. Is there a more organized way of making a Table of Contents and have it displayed in iBooks and other PDF viewers. I'm using the Mac version of the software, and I've went through the help pages and I don't see anything about creating a Table of Contents. thanks
